A Little Spring Vignette
Several months ago Fifi from "Romantic Country Magazine" gave me a call and asked me to pull together a "Spring Vignette" photo shoot for a possible upcoming feature in the April issue. Unfortunately it ended up that the vignette did not fit the theme for that particular month, so it wasn't used. But.....
I thought you may enjoy seeing my "little spring themed vignette". I hope you like all the fun spring colors.
See you tomorrow for Beverly's huge
"Pink Saturday" Two Year Anniversary Event.
I'd love to have you "Follow" my blog. Just click the "Follow" button on the right sidebar. Thanks!
Hi Cathy!!
ReplyDeleteThe setting you put together is absolutely beautiful!! Their loss....
A year ago I got a call from Romantic Country to do a how-to on my pink hutch. After a lot of fussing & photos & writing they said "thanks, but we changed our mind"...boy was I ticked...especially after all that work!!
Magazines sure are fickle....
Have a Wonderful Holiday Weekend!

Hi Cathy :) What sweet items you chose for the vignette :) So sorry it didn't make the magazine. Perhaps she may still use it for a future issue.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all these sweet pretties for us all to see :)
Have a wonderful Memorial Weekend!
Warmest Hugs to you my friend, Brenda
Cathy,
ReplyDeleteThat is one heck of a pretty Spring Vignette!!
So lovely but too bad that they couldn't put it in the magazine . By the way, Romantic Country is my favorite magazine! Country Victorian is the next one and too bad it is only published once a year!
Happy Memorial Day weekend!!
Debbie
How lovely. These do indeed look like spring. I'll miss Pink Saturday this week because of visiting family and my son's graduation but I'll be thinking about ya'll. Hope it's a great big Pink Birthday Party.

ReplyDeleteOur loss indeed but i am glad you shared it with us...Think they should have used it as I posted how disappointed I have become with the magazine... and will not be renewing by subscription after manny many years of awaiting it to arrrive anxiously... They have lost what drew me to the magazine and in my eyes lost the romancic part of the magazines name.... I know many feel the same way but no one is paying attention.... Seems they would as many magazines are no longer here..... Hope you are have lovely plans for the weekend.... Ours are simple but nice.... I will be heading outdoors tosweep the decks and porch as soon as I leave here.
ReplyDeleteSorry it wasnt used in RC but we love it here on your blog. Beautiful vignette.
