OOOLALA ~ ALTERED ART ~ "PARIS CHIC" WREATH!
I have been collecting antique trinkets and treasures for this gorgeous "Paris" wreath for several weeks while I was mulling around the best "design" in my head. After giving much thought as to which direction to go in for the final design ~ I decided to "just go for it" and start the creative process. This lovely is the finished product of my first "Paris-inspired", "Altered-Art" wreaths. I have several more on the design board just waiting to be put together. I know you are going to just love each and every One-of-a-Kind creation.
Although the picture doesn't do this lovely justice, I assure you, it won't disappoint. Pink Poodles, silver glitter, antique "French " lady sepia photos, bird cages, vintage jewels, mirrors, tags, ribbons, lace, doves, shoes, beaded bags, rhinestones and lace are only some of the many heirloom treasures which give this ONE-OF-A-KIND lovely ~ its character.
If you love "Paris Chic", this is a VA VA VOOM Wreath that's a MUST HAVE. I will be adding many more Altered Art wreaths in the coming months. Each one will have its very own Theme and be an "Original" design from Treasured Heirloom studios.

FEATURED IN "COUNTRY VICTORIAN" MAGAZINE
This is the "After" project of an Antique serving tray. It was so much fun creating this One-of-A-Kind Victorian Tea Tray. The original dark wood tray had its original glass and handles. I added wonderfully ornate "Barbola" roses and filigree edges, then went to work. Under the glass is a layer of "Mary Rose" fabric covered in sheer organdy with embroidered flowers. Next came vintage lace, glitter, pearls, linen pieces, victorian images, jewelry and more. The back of the tray is covered with another beautiful piece of pink rosebud fabric. 
This lovely "Victorian Tea Tray" sits above your table top on four pink glass feet. Stunning and perfect for your next Tea Party. You can find this lovely on my website under "Romantic Home Decor".

MY BIGGEST SECRET EVER, AND ONE OF THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE!
"Country Victorian" magazine choose my "Pink Fairy Cottage" to feature in their Annual Magazine. Although it won't be on newstands for a couple more days (September 11th), I just couldn't wait a minute longer to tell everyone.
I am so very excited and happy that all the joy and fun that went into my newest Decorating Project paid off in a BIG way. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making this project a "Dream Come True".
A special thank you to my husband Mike who actually came up with the idea this spring and said "Let's go for it". Who knew how "Big" a "Small" idea could turn out to be!
I hope you all have a chance to pick up a copy. If you can't find it on your newsstand, let me know and I will do my best to get you one!

I hope you slept better last night. Your studio looks so amazing. I just love the thought of your working there every day. It's the most wonderful space. You ARE truly blessed and talented.
If I could wrap up a gift of "inner peace" for you, I would do it!!! The only answer I always seem to have for peoples' needs is the loving peace I receive from knowing God. This mornings reading from Joyce Meyer's book of devotions, "Starting Your Day Right", tells me to "ACT NOW". With you in mind, I'm taking my instructions to heart. She wrote: "Good intentions are not acts of obedience, and procrastination devours opportunities to live a purposeful life. Whatever God has inspired you to do --- do it today. Just do what needs to be done, even if the first thing you tackle is the dishes in the sink or a garage that needs cleaning. If God has specifically told you to bless someone, and you have intended to do it, remember that now is the acceptable time, now is the day of salvation."
I love you. I admire you. I am so proud of you and I am not surprised at all at your success. I'm the PRESIDENT, I hosey, of the TREASURED HEIRLOOMS FAN CLUB. And you can blog that!!!! Love, Cousin Jan

The Wonder of You
It's a lovely day here in Liverpool and I was just reading my "Oprah at Home Magazine" about her 'Leadership Academy for girls in South africa'. Oprah says "its an atmosphere of possibility, if you are surrounded by beauty, it inspires the beauty in you"! She goes on to say "love is in the details"! The first person that came to my mind was 'you', as I know you offer your support to "Oprahs Angel Network" and like I've said before "you offer your talents and beauty to us all" and it's true that you inspire the beautiful soul within us. That is quite often buried by trash!
I want to follow in your footsteps and you are certainly following in 'Oprahs' by lifting us all to a higher ground! Thank you for you and all that you are once again.

MAGICAL RENOVATION ~ PHASE TWO
Hi angels. Wow, three of us made it here so far. You two are lucky you have wings, I've only got one foot. I'm really old though and I was hand made by Cathy's Mom 35 years ago, so that makes me the most special resident of the pink house!
Keep watching as Cathy and I get this place decorated to the hilt. It's going to be FABULOUS.

LET THE MAGIC TRANSFORMATION BEGIN. Keep checking back to see the progress of the "New and Improved" Pink Gingerbread House! My childhood dreams are coming true. Gnomes, Fairies, Butterflies and Magic Woodland Creatures will have a place to call home pretty soon. And I will join them for afternoon tea!
