My Little Chicks Easter Wreath

I had so much fun creating this beautiful Easter Chicks Wreath. I made one similar to it two years ago and over 8,000 people have marked it as a "favorite" on my Flickr page. That was enough motivation for me to make another one.

My first order of business was to find vintage, early 1900 Easter ephemera post and greeting cards. Once I got my hands on some amazing cards in mint condition, the process began. All of the ephemera are from 1912, except one is a reproduction.

Bluebird nests, vintage nut cups, bird's eggs of all colors, faux sweets, tulle, lace, spring satin flowers, paper roses, beautiful hydrangea, chenille chicks, Forget-me-Nots, pearls, beads, a touch of glitter here and there, and of course the focal point, a vintage "Lefton" chick all grace this one-of-a-kind Spring Easter wreath.

I hope you love it as much as I enjoyed making it for you. 16" dia.
