Well, if the featured home is anywhere NEAR as good as the December issue, I better get mine quick! Seriously, I had so much fun looking at all of your photos and was thinking, "This lady is even kind of my friend!" :)

Here's another idea:
Several years ago instead of waiting to 'get' gifts for my birthday, I decided to GIVE gifts.
I got a little something for each person, and wrapped them up pretty, and when we gathered for my birthday I gave them out. Everyone was so surprised and delighted. It was so fun to be focused on giving, not getting.
It made it a whole new kind celebration.
